Why do I seem to have lost my ”schoolgirl” look? Back when I was 25 I never had this problem! Well I’m here to help you! For some you may feel as though you are looking older than your age. Well look no further Mens Facial Help is here with another one!

Know that you look older than your age or even simply looking so called “older” as your own age actually isn’t true. If your look older or not aging very well it’s because of something that honestly you can control.

Aging, wrinkles, acne can all be controlled now that you have me! Sadly most people don’t know this.

    What I Ate!??        

   

Could what my diet consist of be affecting how much older I look? Most people think this sound’s crazy but really it’s true. Let’s take a look into this…. So what foods are actually affecting me and helping me age faster??

  • Sugar – Sugar makes you more old and wrinkly faster. It crosses links with collagen making our skin less flexible.
  • Potatoes and Grains – Potatoes and Grains pretty much break down into sugar in our bodies the also use valuable minerals when metabolized such as zinc which is very crucial for your skins health!
  • Processed Meats – High in salt adds to the preservatives they contain trigger inflamattion
  • Caffeine – Caffeine has huge dehydrating effects on the body
  • Milk – The milk protein can clog up the body and cause acne and eczema

The list goes on and on and on. These are pretty similar foods how should I handle this if I want to slow down or improve my aging process? First there’s nothing wrong with eating the foods or drinks you love and enjoy. We all only get one life so it should be lived to the fullest, and your should always try to enjoy life.

So I am in no way telling you to not eat these foods. I am telling you if you struggle with your aging and how old you look and if this is a problem for you, you should check this post out here! Eat Yourself To Youth

Let’s just start it right off the bat. NO!!! If you eat these foods I am not saying you will look like a middle school er again in a week or two. What I am saying with consistency and an up in intake you will see a difference. If you would like an actual solid plan in putting foods together to strive towards youth check out my recent post here, it’ll definitely help.

  • Fatty Fish – This is an anti aging food, it’s long chain omega 3 fats are beneficial not only with wrinkles but heart disease damage against sun exposure etc.
  • Dark Chocolate – Research shows that dark chocolate with a high flavanol content can protect against sun damage and improve overall skin thickness and smoothness.
  • Tomatoes – High in lycopene, which protects skin from sun and may help reduce wrinkles.
  • Flaxseeds – Are also a great source of omega 3 fatty acid. They protect the skin from damage and improve smoothness among other measures of skin quality.

Like I’ve said before the saying “you are what you eat” Is a very true statement. No there is no way you can turn back time aging does happen, but what you’re putting inside your body can be contributing or actually improving your aging.

A good rule to follow is YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!! If you follow that you’ll pretty much know what and what not to do or try to stay away from.

Asking for a lot? Well I understand people always want more. This is the question I’ve been asked while talking to older people about aging and skin related issues. Well no actually by eating not necessary better, but more specific more often, for a reason as such. There are plenty of health benefits you will receive by eating things like flax seeds, fish, etc.

Like I said eat better and your whole body will thank you. Your body is a temple and what you put in is what you get out. I will not list specifics of what the main benefits of eating these foods and such are because that is not the point of this information. Know that when you eat for a reason there will be more than just that one benefit, these things listen lower cholesterol, reduce blood, sugar, all type of things for a different time! These creams I haven’t actually tried myself because I’m young and will still get ID’ed when my bday hits in a couple months, but I already have some people in the process of trying it so just give time and I can give back their honest results!

    Thanks for your waking call post. You are right, food is a big player when it comes to aging. I also want to add smoking and UV-radiation to that list. They all have in common that free radicals are generated, which best can be fought with antioxidants. I’m 40 and still in good (skin) shape, but will take a closer look at your recommended products.

    Thanks for the information. I myself recently started taking in more omega-3’s through ground flaxseed and a new multivitamin. Maybe I will have to start treating myself to some dark chocolate, too! I think a healthy diet and sun protection are the best ways to prevent aging, so that is what I focus on.

    One thing that you may want to add is collagen. I just wrote a review of a collagen product. However, I have noticed that taking collagen or gelatin has greatly reduced my fine lines and wrinkles.

    Great article. As someone in their mid fifties now I am starting to really take care of my skin with moisturizers and eating more vegetables. More importantly is to try and weed all the negativity out of our lives through meditation and healthy thinking. Once you fix the inside the outside will follow but I do like the anti aging creams for men.

    I agree when it comes to your diet and aging. What you eat has a lot to do with how well we age. Diet and exercise is key to how young you stay looking. I haven’t seen too many of the aging effects yet as I am just entering my 30s next year, but its never too early to start watching what I eat and making sure my skin stays looking good.     Oh RATS! Caffiene and milk are no-no’s? My daily love is fresh-ground, organic coffee made in my French press with a generous addition of fresh, grass-fed, whole, raw cow’s milk. I don’t eat any of the other no-no’s you listed…but my cafe latte?…sigh…

    I’d better get going on an anti-aging protocol.

    I looked at the eb5 Intense Moisture Anti-Aging Skin Cream. The 5 Main Ingredients look really good and safe. I want to check out the full ingredient list, too. Where can I see that?
